We built Allnewused Logistics because tracking a parcel should not feel like filing a missing persons report.
Our story
Allnewused Logistics started with a simple frustration: a shipment that sat at “in transit” for four days, a support line that could see no more than the customer could, and an invoice that did not match the quote.
We took the view that a courier network is really an information network that happens to move boxes. Every scan, handover and exception is a fact worth recording — and worth showing to the person waiting at the other end.
Today we operate a network of branches and sorting hubs, a fleet of couriers and a set of international partners, all running on one system where the operations team, the driver and the customer are looking at the same truth.
What we hold ourselves to
- Custody is a chain, not a claim
- Every transfer of responsibility is recorded against a person, a place and a time. If something goes missing, we can say where.
- Quote and invoice must agree
- Prices are computed from published rate cards. If the number changes, the reason is on the invoice.
- Bad news travels fast
- A delayed shipment raises a flag before the customer notices, not after they complain.
- Support can see everything
- The person who answers the phone has the same view as the operations floor.
